The Dead Saints Society
food for the body & food for the soul

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Who are we?
The Dead Saints Society (DSS) is a self-named group of people in, and around, their 20's - 30's. Some of us are students, some of us aren't. Some of us are parents, and some of us are not. This is our third year! (wow... it's been three years?)

If you're wondering about bringing a friend or two, please do!

Why gather?
Not all of us attend church on a regular basis, but want some fellowship with others who are much like us. Some of us just want to meet new people in a casual atmosphere. What ever reason you may have, we hope you'll join us!

What?
We usually pick out a Saint that fits current events, the season or time of the year, or both. This makes for a wonderful topic which guides us into open discussion during, and after, a short service.
We enjoy *fantastic* food -- usually wonderful home cooked meals!

When?
We usually gather in the evening once a month. Our first gathering this year was Thursday, Nov. 8th at 5:30PM. Sometimes we meet on Fridays... We usually try to make a time that best fits everyone's schedules.

Where?
We usually meet at the offices of the Episcopal Diocese, upstairs in the diocesan apartment. The address is 131 E. Ridge Street (at the corner of High Street).
